Silverstar or silver star ultras part number...

Ive done a search and cant find what i want to know so im what im asking is what are the part numbers i need for a 2004 f150 for the siverstar or silverstar ultras headlamps and also fog lamps... thanks in advance

They do not make Ultras for the headlamps. The regular Silverstars is H13ST. H13 and 9008 are the same thing.
