No worries my friend. These are very simple to change out, expensive but easy. The bearing comes as a hub assembly.
First remove the tire and remove the brake caliper and rotor, then take the nut off on the end of your front drive shaft and then unbolt the 3 bolts that holds the hub on. Swap on the new on and put er all back together.
I suggest replacing both because if one if failing the other is usually right behind it

Also, never reuse the caliper bolts.

Thanks Shifty, that's good to know, the hub assembly's are pretty easy to change, guess all i have to do is price them up. And I will price up some caliper bolts also, I have always reused them in the past never heard of replacing them actually, what is the reason for this if you don't mind me asking ManualF150, Im sure your name says it all.

The FSM says to replace the Caliper Anchor Plate bolts, not the caliper bolts.

Brake Disc Removal

1. NOTE: Do not allow the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly to hang from the brake flexible hose. Support the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly. Remove and discard the 2 brake caliper anchor plate bolts and position the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly aside.
2. Remove the front brake disc from the wheel hub.

Installation

1. Clean any rust or foreign material from the brake disc and wheel hub.

o Use parts cleaner to clean the front brake disc and hub surfaces.

2. Apply a thin coat of anti-seize lubricant to the hub flange.
3. Install the brake disc on the wheel hub.
4. Position the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly on the wheel knuckle and install 2 new bolts.

o Tighten to 200 Nm (148 ft. lbs.) .

Just wondering, how come you can't reuse the caliper bolts? I just had my hubs changed (after 176K miles), and am wondering if I need to check to see if they installed new bolts or not.

That is for the newer body style, can't say for certain if it applies to yours. It's actually where the bracket (that holds the caliper) bolts on to the knuckle. I'm assuming it's because the bolts are on the small size for taking 150 ftlbs.
