if you dont me askin.. how much did you pay for the front shocks? I ahve a 6" pro comp and wouldn't mind gettin rid of my spacer too

They were about 180 a piece I believe, I've seen them online for like 175.

so you completely took out your 6" spacer and put these shocks in and cranked up or what?

Yep, thats exactly what they did...still have the AS on top of everything but the giant 6 inch spacer is gone!

How are your cv angles? I wasn't aware the 5100's could replace the entire front strut spacer...I'm looking at a stage one procomp and would love to do this.

first off thank you for the upclose pics of the 5100s ive been looking everywhere for this damn picture lol good looking truck by the way, ok next i thought the part number would be be5-c298-h0, but it looks like you got a different strut that doesnt use the giant 6" spacer on top of it, does anyone know if these struts will work on my truck?

C/V angles are great now compared to what they were...altho I never had any issues before and ran four wheel drive for hundreds of miles driving to see the family in Michigan.....removing the spacer and putting the bilsteins in there actually seemed to give me more lift and it rides great.
