Engine issues and red light on dash

Ok so I did the gotts intake mod on friday and she ran fine for the 15-20 minutes i had to drive. I got the truck inspected on saturday and after that I undid both terminals and added these corrosion blockers. But now when I drove it earlier the engine would cut out for a second and the red light on the dash would go on. It would only do it while I was running and usually around 50 mph. It would occur every few minutes but it would just stop for a second and lose power then kick back in. The truck never turned off or anything like that. I undid the gotts mod and put everything back to stock. Its still doing it. Any ideas?
