So far over winter I've added ptm flares, painted door handles, Blacked out head and fog lights. Now I need opinions. I was thinking about blacking out gate between taillights, losing the fender badges, changing the rocker stripe to the new badge design, And last but not least opinions on the spoiler. I need wheels. LOL

 

Truck looks good except for the stripes and the spoiler, I'd loose them both.

 

Get the spoiler off, Black badges instead of getting rid of them, XLT mirrors, black wheels and a more aggressive tire possibly

 

I like the F-150 stripe on the Bottom of the running board. I would like to get that decal for mine.

Also I'd add XLT Mirrors. I just did the swap, and it was soooo with it.
Also, I've been thinking about blacking out the tailgate as well.
The only ways that I've found are,

1.)Saleen Tailgate Applique
(which is damn near impossible to find. I've been looking for like 2 years, and...)

2.)Painting it on, which would require shaving the emblem (IMO).

I wouldn't black out the tail gate. Just do something with those side stripes...

Well, since you asked, I would lose the spoiler and stripes as well, and don't black out the tailgate either. Some black wheels would really set that rig off!

 

agreed with most ppl... black rim, more aggressive tire, xlt mirrors.. or why your at it put some 09 mirror's on, lose the spoiler, patriot decal overlays and inlays would look good

I'm on the fence about the strip... I think if you had some black rims and more aggressive tire it would look better! I dont know about the tailgate, would need a photoshop done to it i guess

 

XLT mirrors with PTM caps, black rims, maybe a black painted FX2 grille. Black emblems and black oval decals.

Looks great already though!

 

opinion?
paint it a different color, lose the stripes (side and hood), window visors, bed cab, SPOILER.
get some dif rims and tires. that would be a start.

 

Drop shackles on the rear!! XLT mirrors, black honeycomb grille or other black grille, shaved badges, lose the spoiler. also id leave the tailgate alone

 

That truck needs to be dropped in the worst kind of way. The whole theme you have going on is definitely more suited to a lowered truck. Drop it, lose the stripes on the sides, put some bigger wheels on it, and roll like a PIMP!
