5100's vs AS

I know leveling topics are beat to death, but I haven't seen any posts about this (I haven't been hanging around for awhile either, so excuse me if I'm adding another scar to an already dead horse). About three yrs ago I put a 2" AS spacer on the truck, loved it. Then it came time to put on 5100's. I figured since they also lift 2" I'd remove the spacer and use them to lift. Well, the shocks are great but I swear the lift ain't 2". I could of avoided all this mess by doing measurements before and after, but I screwed that chance. Using a T square and measuring the height of the front and rear wells, the rear is 1 5/8" higher. Also, when I had the AS on I remember the hood being more flat when looking out over it. So I'm fairly certain I'm going to take everything back out, reset the perches to 0 and put the AS back on.

Anyone got comparison numbers? I know every truck is different, so looking to see if anyone measured like I should have before and after.
