Anyone use a Liincoln Mark 8 electric fan?

Since I have a gas hog of a truck, I am looking to pick up MPG wherever I can get it. I already changed the plugs, did the Gotts air mod, and inflated the tires to max cap, and now I'm going to change to an electric fan.

I know there are plenty of kits around, but has anyone used the lincolm mark 8 fan in their swap. How is the fit. It looks like there is plenty of space to hook it up, but want to be sure it fits before I drop some coin on it.

Thanks

Would probably be cheaper to use an e-fan setup from Troyer or other aftermarket, but the choice is yours.

ive got a friend with a dodge ram that had a Mark VIII fan on his truck for a while. Its heavy and it takes high amperage on startup, but its a solid fan.

I used the Mark 8 fan in a 1992 Mustang that I swapped a 351w bored 60 over, AF 185 heads, custom roller cam...All the bells and whistles. It ran like a champ and never had any cooling issues. That's part of why I want to go with the Mark 8 fan. I know it works well.

They are tough to beat. I can't imagine overheating with one of those, under any circumstances. They pull a ton of air.
