What brake upgrades have you guys done on your trucks and how did you like them?

 

I haven't done it yet, but I will be installing the Baer Eradispeed plus rotors on my truck. It's a larger diameter rotor that works with the stock caliper, but requires 20" rims at a minimum. I don't think you'll find a better improvement than that.
