So i have about 71000 miles on my truck now, but at 35000miles they had to put new motor in due to oil pump failure.(freak thing) Well everysince i got it back it has been alittle sluggish and wouldn't pull top end like it should. The truck hasn't throw any codes but had my freind mechanic hook it up to his scan and came up "INTAKE CONTROL RUNNERS STUCK OPEN".

And here is why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The wires that run to actuator and part of big wiring harness was pinched under the intake.

So i fixed the black ground wire that was cut, put new actuator on the intake, and man she is back. Runs like a **** again now. They crazy part was it was still under warrenty but my local dealer is a bunch of idiots would rather do it myself.
