Stabilizer Upgrades/problems with 37's?

I can't seem to find any aftermarket stabilizer kits for 2004-08 f150's. DOes anyone know of any or are our stock stabilizers enough for 35's / 37's? If I don't do any serious off-roading, and I put 37's on my truck.... What all should I upgrade besides gears. As far as suspension goes. I have a 6" rough country lift and a 3" PA body lift. Bilstein 5100's in front. Thanks

Fabtech and BDS make steering stabilizers for our trucks.

I have pretty much the same setup as you 6+3 and 38's

i put the steering stabilizers on and they made a world of a difference. going over bumps and railroad tracks i used to have to keep two hands on the wheel and fight to keep it steady . and that was when i had 35's on.

now with my 38's feels like im riding on stock tires as far as control goes.

In my opinion id say its def worth $200.

As far as gears go, if you have 37's i would go with 4.88's

Do you guys do much crazy off-roading or not really, just the occasional backwoods thing? I'm just worried about wearing out cv joints and bearings etc. with 37's

Both of those were for 2WD trucks, mine's 4WD. And the Fabtech says only for use with Fabtech lift kits. If I found out how long my stock ones were could I just replace with some bilstein shocks?
