3" Rear Block Install???

I'm about to order the 3" rear blocks and was going to try to put them on myself.

1) Does anyone have a link to a thread where someone has done this and have pics?

2) Should I buy the blocks from Auto Spring or where?

Thanks fellas!

You can put it on yourself. I did mine and was easy it took less than an hour. I didnt take any pictures it is pretty much straight forward. I like the AS kit because it is one block and you are not stacking a 1 inch block also the pin align perfectly.

I used 3 inch Auto Spring blocks very nice IMO...

Install was simple. But have a buddy with you to help support the axle.

Sorry no pics as to how.

like said its really simple you unbolt the current u bolts and swap the blocks and new u bolts but you have to support the axle because it wants to roll forward.

The search feature is not working today, so I could not find the thread I was thinking of, but it is real easy.

1) Remove all nuts and u bolts on one side.
2) Lift the spring, about an inch behind the block, high enough so you can remove the current block and put the new one in.
3) Lower the jack. MOve the axle and wheel back and forth to line up the pins in the blocks and springs.
4) Remove the jack and put on the u bolts and tighten the nuts.
5) Repeat on the other side.

I did it by myself, but it would be easier with two people.
