Carl Gregory Ford in Auburn. From my experiences with them I will never use another Ford dealer given the chance. I bought my '06 F-250 from them before I got this F-150, and even though it was used they called me every month for a year to see how everything was going with it.

David is the service manager, he's a good guy to work with. Fortunately none of my Ford's have ever had to be in their service bays but their parts guys are good and I deal with them off and on for hard to find stuff.

The sales department at Carl Gregory in Auburn makes me want to beat the neighbor's kids.

Be honest Quintin, you want to beat them anyways and that is just a convenient excuse!

I guess it comes down to what makes your cringe. There are many here who still have no problem using that "silica injection device" on their truck.

If I were worried about it and didn't run a good detergent gasoline regularly I'd run a tank of gas with this before a plug change.
