Aftermarket Lights

Ok I just installed 55w 6000k HIDs and I love the light output of them. But there are just some spots that I need more of a long distant beam. I drive out in fields and stuff when hunting and when we go out to bonfires in the fields etc....

Well I am planning on getting the Randy Ellis or Smitty Bilt style light bar for the front of my truck. I want to kinda retain the blackout theme I am going for...DSG/BLack

How are the Black Magics from Hella ? I don't have to have dark looking lights but I definitely don't want chrome either

Ideas ?

It all depends. Do you want to look cool like everyone else or do you want some light output? If you want the latter, checkout Lightforce.

Those look pretty sweet, How well do the HID ones shine? Do they shoot just as far as standard bulbs ?

I am going to be doing a saleen grille so I don't want to be able to see the lights behind the grille, The saleen doesn't conceal them very well

yeah your truck & lordfeyr's truck is whats making me wan to do it. I need maximum light output on some of the roads around here, especially when I am Deer "watching"

You happen to have any more pics of the light output? From what I can see they look pretty good, I like those lights and the black magic, for overall looks

Ballin STX had two Hella Black Magics and a light bar on his truck. He may still be trying to sell them--you could get a great deal.

Glad you picked up on that. For the record, though, I have no idea what you're talking about.

I really like my blackmagics but sounds to me like you really need flood lights.

I have this set on my truck with 6k HID's the light output is about 1000000 times better than stock I also have HIDs in my fogs. Before the HIDs I did try silverstars I should have put $50 in the fire they are about 5% better than stock if that.

Philips Extreme Bulbs with $24 Pilot pack of 100w lights mounted behind grill. I don't think you have to spend a ton of money to get a good look or excellent light output.
