4 wheel drive
I have a 2004 4x4 it will go in 4L but when i try to put in 4H it wont engage.What should i look at first?

As far as I know that's not possible. You have to be in 4hi before 4lo can engage.

i acn feel it in a low gear in 4L but when in 4H if i gosse it a little bit the rear tires spin

Sounds like the 4 wheel drive actuators. I just replaced mine as well.
