Sorry but this does not make it ok to put YOU above the state laws. I'm quite sure there are NO provisions made in the statute to justify your explaination.
Not everyone that has tinted windows is "concealing narcotics etc."
I would have a lot more respect for you if you would have just come out and said "you know, I just like tinted windows and I hope I don't get busted for them" instead of your above the law comments.
