Just top them off with dot 3 brake fluid. I reccomend getting some 50/50 anti-freeze and topping your system off. Have a safe trip

Your question is kinda general...

Anyway coolant needs changed every 5yrs/100k miles. Yes motorcraft gold, or zerex g-05, mixed to a 50/50. ATF needs done every 30k miles. Gear oil, synthetic, every 100k miles. They say to change the t-case atf every 100k (or was it 150k miles?)miles. Only takes two quarts of mercon V.

To change the brake fluid you have to drain the system and rebleed it. I'd just wait till a caliper, something major needs replaced. What color is the fluid? It's a brown/tan color fresh out of the bottle.

Powersteering fluid doesn't ever get changed unless you have to drain the system. Takes Mercon (or Mercon V) atf.

edit- brake fluid or powersteering shouldn't get low.

Not 100% true. As your brake pads wear, you will notice a slight decrease in your brake fluid reservoir.

Do not use anything beside the motorcraft gold on the coolant and do not mix coolant types, it gum up your radator.
