Hmm, I'll have to think of a different mounting setup then, especially if I want to maintain the use of my tonneau. I don't think I even have stake holes with the crew cab.

im not sure how your going to maintain the tonneu cover with the backrack. even without the toolbox brackets the nonbox brackets still come out about 1.5" from the rack itself. As far as the mounting on the crew cabs go there has to be a mounting system. i have seen them mounted on trucks with crew cabs. when you order you just need to specify the cab type ie: crew, extended, standard. I am sure there is an application for your truck.

Sorry it took so long to post the pics. I just got rid of my F150 and bought my new truck a day ago and have been changin fluids, etc on it. So here are the pics of the mountin to the bed

I've got a roll up tonneau cover from Laredo. Wonder if this rack will fit without getting the cover adapter. I think after putting the cover adapter on, it lifts the whole rack up a few inches and it just looks off to me.

The only question I have is, why would you want a headache rack with a tonneau?
