So if I add a 3" body lift will they clear then if not can I get some suggestions on what I need to do to run 35x14.50R17 with 10" wide rims or is that rim just too wide for my truck? I don't know much about these new trucks.I would like a wide tire but is a 10" rim too wide for a 14.50 tire.

I dont think that you will be able to fit those on a truck without a suspension lift of some sort or maybe some rims with the right backspacing or spacer im not to sure but i know that that is gonna be way to wide for these trucks just as is......

I really appreciate the help so what width tire and rim should I go with if I have a 2.5" leveling kit and a 3" body lift ?Or if I went with the 6" suspension lift would the 14.50s with the 10 " rim fit?

I wouldn't chance a 14.5" wide tire on a 10" wide rim unless the sidewall is made for that kind of bubbling. Also, you can fit 35" tires on your truck, but expect to make no less than a 90ft turning radius. Tires that big will rub like crazy against the fenders. A leveling kit will help, but you'll need at least 6" of total front end lift to get tires that big to fit without any rubbing. If you do decide to somehow get 35x14.5" tires on your truck with less than a 6" front end lift, then don't take it offroad or over any kind of bump. you WILL break something. It may look beefy for a tire to fit the well perfectly, but you gain no performance out of it. I have 305/50R20 tires with just a 3" level on my 07 XLT 4x4. It may look a little funky but I never worry about rubbing.
