DSG Blackout in progress

So I finally saved up enough and I'm in the process of blacking out my truck just like most of us on here. Already ordered everything and so far half of it arrived.
2005 DSG 5.4L FX4
Heres the plans:
KMC Monsters 18" & BF Goodrich A/T 285/65/18
Carriage Works Black billet grille set
Smoked LED Tail and 3rd brake lights.
Patriot Decals F150 inlays, Ford emblem overlay, and 09 FX4 decals
Paint badges, OEM Heads, and Fogs.
Westin Oval Black side steps

Didnt get a pic before the Monsters & BFGs

After

Yea i feel ya. windshield tint is the way to go though. dont need to be too dark, if you have 40 on the windshield and have all the rest of your windows below 20 then you cant see in anywhere.

I didn't put the grille on yet. Getting all my paint for the headlights and badges today and hopefully I will have enough time to install the grille too.If not it will be in by tomorrow.

Yogi- did you get your taillights and 3rd brake light from gorecon.com ?

I really am considering getting 18s now because those look good on your truck

Took me hour and a half to find somewhere with the paint . Got home late and ran out of light installing the grille so I couldn't finish.

The set I got is a knock off and for them off ebay. It was about $185 after taxes and shipping and the Recon tails are $300 alone.

Heres the link.

Went snowboarding yesterday so I didnt get anything done. Today I got the headlights and badges all painted up, installed the grille, and took off my sidesteps. I also got my HIDs and inlays. One of the HIDs wasn't working so I have to do some trouble shooting tomorrow and also put on the inlays. Ill try to take pics asap!
