Angry Blown Lamp Socket

Hey Guys, I had an earlier thread about my bulbs not fitting properly in my black headlights. Well, I figured that out; it was the metal tabs blocking the plastic base. Now that I have the black headlights installed I think I blew the lamp socket. The passenger side lights (all 3) work fine. The driver's side is a different story. Only the orange lamp and the upper lamp work. The middle (main big bulb) does not work. What's even weirder is when I put the brights on, everything goes out except for the running fogs in the bumper.

I've seen a few threads on here about a blown lamp socket but no resolution has ever been posted. I got this off eBay last night. Should that fix it or is there some other avenue I should explore?
