rattle again on start up.

slight rattle, kinds reminds me of a loose pipe or chain rattle, thought it might be cause i used a purolator oil filter last oil change.

thoughts?

only happens on cold start, when the truck has been setting, hope it is not a major problem starting.

Timing chain tensioner bleed. Once oil pressure builds it stops. I run Motorcraft filters. Mine does it from time to time. Check the flat rate tech link in my sig for info on the VCT systems. Very informative.

Purolater should be as good as a Motorcraft.
