Try putting WD-40 or graphite in the lock (key hole).

Key

Does the other key do the same thing in that lock? How about the other door or the iginition? I have had that in the past on one vehicle, in that case it was a key that was 'slightly' miscut of one side. Flip the key over and it worked fine.

Myself, I'd put some graphite into the lock and see how it works. Over time I'm betting it's the lock itself so plan on having it replaced.

Whatever you do, do not use WD-40, it holds dirt and dust, find either graphite powder or white lithium grease to squirt into the hole. your best bet is to go to a locksmith and ask them to fix itfor you. Probably cost 3-40 dollars.
