A trailering/hesitation, w/ no load, @ 40 mph?

Experienced a trailering/hesitation w/ no load @ 40 mph. What could that be?
No check engine lights came on. Truck runs great at idle, take off and highway speeds. Just changed oil/oil filter, fuel filter, air filter and began using better gas a full tank ago before this happened. Hoping to cut-off this issue at the pass asap.
Any suggestions/help?
