Can some one please help me out, i want to upgrade my shocks in the rear but have no clue which ones i can run due to the lift.

I know i have a 4" block and the shocks length on the truck on level ground is Driver side: 26.25" and Passenger 26.75"

if some one could please help i would greatly appreciate it!

Rancho lists shocks for a 4" lift, which is probably something less than 4" in the rear. You can down load their catalog to get the shock part numbers and the specs. The part numbers for the RS9000XL is RS99928 and the pro series XL is RS19287. The XL and pro series are adjustable valve shocks. Then they have the regular gas shocks, the RS5000 is RS5287. Your critical measurements are going to be the length of the shock at full extension and full compression.
