Engine problems

So, I just got my new wheels/tires installed the other day. Since then, when I am on the highway doing about 75mph, it's lagging in switching to overdrive. When I first get up to 75mph, it'll stay around 3,500k RPM and then finally kick into overdrive about 2-3 minutes later. What could be the issue?
