front hub issue.

Sounds like the driver side hub is trying to engage when truck is in 2wd - happens at all speeds. Does nto do it in 4hi.

Dealer said a vacuum switch gets wet and causes this problem.

anyone else have experience with this? Taking it to the dealer Monday morning what should I ask or look for?

Does a manual hub option exist for an 08 F150?

Do the F250 have the old school transfer case lever on the floor? How about maunal hubs?

Truck has only 22K miles on it.

My 06 switch failed and did this. It's about 20 dollars and 2 minutes to change yourself.

There is a lot of info in the following thread about this;
