For example... Don't these trucks look to be sitting higher in the front to you guys? Maybe it's just me cause I'm new to this and not use to seeing a front end higher than stock...

I think you would be safe with a 2", but being that you are very concerned about the front staying lower than the rear, do as steath suggested, get a AS 1.5.

When i had my as 2.5inch kit on, it was 1/2-1 inch (cant remember) lower in the rear. Nothing longer u-bolts and a 3inch block couldnt fix!
