foglight switch? and HID???

hey guys,
anybody ever switch theyre stock fogs to a different brand like PIAA or KC? or what size would fit in the gap?

about my HIDS, My HIDs are single beam so when i flick them into high beam they just turn off. my problem is that when my lights are on, the high beam signal is on even when they are not flicked into high beam. this also causes the problem that i cant put my fogs on with my HIDs. i know i can do the bambi mod but id rather not have my high beam signal on because i got pulled over once and the cop asked why my high beams are on and i had to explain that it stays on and i dont wanna get a ticket for it lol. anyone else have this problem? and ive tried switching around my wires to see if that was the issue and nothing worked. should i just order new HIDS? or any sugestions? id prefer high and low beam.

thanks guys.

i changed mine out to PIAA 510's and they fit perfect. they are 4in. lights but with the covers on them they fill the gap up nicely so any light just a little over 4in.s will work.

I would get a Hi/Lo kit. It retains your high beam, and gives your low beam a much lower cutoff so you are not blinding the crap out of people. I have a hi/lo kit and it works great, and I can turn my fogs on with the low beams on (although I only use them offroad as the fog housings for 04-05 are way way too bright with HIDs on a lifted truck).

i agree at least get a hi/lo kit or bi-xenon. i've got a bi-xenon kit in mine. the fog lights are way too bright on the 06-08's too for hids. that's why i switched mine for the PIAA's, but i later realized i can't use them on the road either without getting flashed since they are the atp pattern, but they do outshine my hid headlights though.
