Dark Stone Curiosity
Anybody with a Dark Stone(T7 Charcoal Beige) truck notice that there bumper cover (or upper bumper) seems to be a bit more of a gray than Dark Stone? I got a used '06 Lariat and my upper bumper appears almost more like a DSG than Dark Stone. I almost like the combo, but not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not.
As far as I could find out, there was never an accident or body work. At least the dealer say they knew of none, and CarFax and others did not report anything of the sort.
Like the title says, just curious if anyone else has noticed this... I got my truck over a year ago when it was 2yo.

I've seen lots of Dark Stone / Arizona Beige trucks. The upper bumper cover is NOT supposed to be a different color than the upper body. Probably a repaint job with the wrong paint...

You can kind of see it here... On the lot last year before I bought it.
Anybody want to trade me a Dark Stone Upper for a DSG upper? :-)
How much could I expect to have something like this painted?
