Unhappy Is it just me or what??????

Again this is with my 06 f150 5.4 32k

OK, so I am just getting over the whole "engine overfilled with 7 qts of oil ordeal" and now this.

Let me give some background

Aug 06 -Jan 09- Factory general tires on truck, multiple rotations/balance's were down, drives perfectly straight, about 20k on tires besides one that had been replaced due to a nail.

1-Early Jan 09- Goodyear wrangler AT/S installed in an LT (c). Truck drove strait, NO pulling .Did not like the ride that the LT tire put out, so I went to Michelin's

2-Mid Jan 09- Michelin's LTX at/2s installed. Soon as I left the lot I noticed that it pulled hard to the right. Went back and they did the following.
-left side front to back (no fix, still pulls hard)
-Right side front to back (no fix, still pulls hard)
-alignment checked on truck, all in spec.
-Ordered 4 new tires and installed (no fix, still pulls hard)
-Broke all tires down and remounted on difference rim and rebalanced (no fix, still pulls hard)
-Had enough with it and had them put four new Generals back on, Instantly solved the pulling problem, drove strait like it did to begin with.

3-today- First tire balance and rotation since Jan when the new generals were put on. Truck has been driving strait as could be since I got these tires installed. Only reason for the balance/rotation was I was at my 6k mile mark.

As soon as I left I could til my wheel just seemed different, almost like it had more resistance while turning to the left. Got on some flat smooth roads and now she pulls HARD to the right again....So WTF

WTF is going on here, could it be a rim that is a little jacked up even if all the tires bal out perfect?

I am really starting to lose it

Pulling that hard sounds like a brake dragging or wheel hub was torqued to hard down. Jack the front end up and see of the right tire spins freely as the left. If it does then it may be your steering rack. Why is this cropping up with new tires is anyone's guess. I'd take it to a different dealer to trouble shoot because if what you said is how they tried to fix it sounds really like shade tree mechanics after a dozen beers.

Thanks for the quick reply.

As far as it being a brake or even the steering rack, I don't see it being that as yesterday and the last 9 months for that fact it has been working fine/ driving strait then all of a sudden pulls like this....IDK I will check my torque tomorrow before I bring it back to them

O and this is the 3rd shop since I had the first set of tires put on it.
