I have a 2006 fx4 and looking to install a aux ipod connection. I seen something on here before and cant seem to find it. How can i add this to my truck?

 

Get an iSimple ISFD73. I had one but sold it due to getting a new HU. Works with the stock HU and flawlessly at that.

(for example, they can be had cheaper on ebay)

Do a search for PIE adaptor or iSimple. They both plug into the back of your deck into the wiring. The PIE plugs in to the headphone jack; the iSimple plugs into the dock jack and charges iPods.

 

Pie's are a lot cheaper and they work well, just don't charge it

i got the isimple from ebay for like 100 and works awesome and my ipod it charges as well.No skipping or anything and uses the factory head unit to change and go through whatever you want. Install took all of 15 mins. Can change it back to cd. fm and all that good stuff
