I have an 04 F150 and I'm wanting to swap to the new style bumpers with the round fog light holes. Does anyone know if this is a direct swap or if it can be done easily changing some brackets?

 

you have to get the brackets from the newer truck but it can be done. I had it done to my truck so I could bolt on an FX2 valance later.

 

off the top of my head you ll need :

bumper brackets
fog lights + assemblies
valence

chrome bumpers are easier to find and cheaper than PTM

should cost around $400-500 all said and done
and you can sell your bumper you have now to recoup some cash

 

I'm no fan of chrome, judging by your sig pic idnc, neither are you. Good looking truck.

I don't plan on doing fog lights, but rather using the fog light holes to make a ram air for my supercharger
