09 Platnum wheels on your 04-08?

I just ordered a used set of OEM 20" Platnum wheels to put on my 04 Super Crew. Wondereing if anyone else has put these on? If you have post a pic!!!

I'm probably a follower here.. but also ordered a rouch grill insert off ebay.

My truck is the white/tan combo.
Existing pic.

I always thought the 09 FX4 20's would look good painted graphite or black.. Looking forward to seeing how they look on your truck.

I was going to go with the Platinums, but decided they were a little too "fancy" looking. I went with '09 FX4 takeoffs. I'd like to have them powder-coated a dark gray or black.

They would look good, but I still think that a set of 18 inch FX2 wheels look good.

Well, I don't mind the rims I have now... but I'm sick of the slim pickings and overpriced tire options.... So, I bought the 20" wheels.. they are $30-$50 less per tire than the 18's and offer many more options for tire models.... I always had my eyes on the older 20's..

but after shopping on ebay.. I thought maybe I'd go for something newer since those are looking a little old now.. which led me to the platinums or the ones Carlsson3 has... I think the white/tan combo is a little fancier(kinda old man looking lol) than most color combo's on the f150's so I thought it was a better match. If I had almost any other color combo I would have gone with the sportier look of the other FX4 20's.

So finally got the 20" platinum wheels on my truck. I'm happy with them and for my color combo, glad I picked them vs the other OEM 20" options.

Looks really good. As for the "busy look" maybe PTM mirrors?
