scangauge and oil temp?

anyone have the scangaugeII reading engine oil temp? can't seem to get this working with my 07 fx4.

I DO have trans oil temp working, using the supplied code for "FORD CAN" data. There is no listing for engine oil temp under ford specific CAN or PWM settings, but there is under generic CANSF, PWM and ISO/VPW.

anyone get this to work?

Matt

That PID does not exist on the 07 F150 Ford deleted the sensor to cut costs.

I do not know about the V6, I was referring to the 5.4L on the 07 F150. Sorry.

The V6 has never had EOT as far as I know.

On early 3Vs, it was one parameter used to determine when to enable variable cam timing.
