Looks great, awesome... But I think the grille cover is just a little over the top... All in all it's a very nice looking rig...

I have some pics in my album of how I welded up the winch mount. The bull bar was tricky though. I took out the flimsy sheet metal skid plate, or whatever it is, and replaced it with thicker stainless that I had my buddy make on the flow machine. I beefed up the center part where the fairleads and padeye for the hook mount with 3/8" plate. The winch mount is made of 2" square pipe and 3/8" plate, all carbon steel but the padeyes for the shackles are stainless. The mount bolts in to the frame with the bull bar mounts. I positioned the mount so that the winch cable makes a straight shot out through the fairleads to alleviate stress on the bull bar.

Hmmm, yeah, the wipers need to go. They don't last very long anyhow. The chrome deteriorates easily; that's a quick cheap fix.

Those shackles I put on don't look right either... the nylock nuts are too bulky, another easy fix.

More info on the headlights. Hows the beam cut off. Where did you get them, how much and do they leak.

I went to ebay and just searched for "04 f150 projector headlights". These ones I bought are from a company called Sonar. They were $130.00. I put clear silicone sealant around the seams as a safety precaution. If you do that you won't have any leakage problems.

I am not liking the whole flame kinda theme but other wise the truck looks great nice transformation. That new winch is killer man .... How much it cost you to have the trim painted on your truck? Im thinking about doing it myself to get the whole black theme on my truck as well

I actually had the whole truck repainted. I was just going to have the trim, bumpers, and flares painted but old black paint and new black paint don't go well together. I needed an entirely new paint job anyway, I had some blemishes and dings I needed fixed. So it cost me a pretty penny. I'm not sure how much the trim would cost. Depends on the shop and quality of the paint job.

Not too bad but I have to agree you have too much stick on bargain bin parts and chrome.

I'd be leary of using that winch setup the way you have it. I foresee it doing some serious damage when you start putting some stress on the line. The winch line should be in a straight line with the drum. I foresee it ripping that fairlead right off the very first time you use the winch.

Do the headlights have good light output? And how much did your whole new paint job cost?
