Has anyone had any issues with these guys? Just curious... I hear some bad things about false advertising and such.
Any input appreciated...

Never heard of them. I always check BBB.com before I spend money with an unknown company. Also BizRate.com. Try it out. - Og

I had them do a front end aligment because they are near where I work and that went fine. Other than that I have no experience with them.

VIP is unknown if you live outside of New England. Here they are a well known auto parts/service chain. I've been dealing with them for almost 30 years now. I've not had any issues with parts or service. Some of their stores are better then others, but that's the case with any chain. All depends on the folks who work there... I will say, I use a number of local parts stores. VIP is no better or worse then the others.

What are you looking for, parts or service? Depending on where you live in Maine, you may have other good choices.
