Roush Programming

Hey...I'm back! I recently bought a 2005 SCrew and to my surprise, I found a Roush sticker under the hood...I've checked Roush's website to no avail for information on where and what work was done to it. I know the PCM was re-programmed, the rear end gears were swapped, and 20" wheels were added...anyone have any info? Thanks! (I'll try to get a pic of it soon...)

The funny thing is the dealership had no idea nothing had been done to it...kinda frustrating. It wasn't purchased at a Ford dealership, and the salesman didn't have the previous owner's info. The Roush website didn't have a lot to go by either...

the computer was flashed for the gear ration and tire size that is all. My wifes truck has a similiar sticker because the truck was origanally equipt with 17" wheels and tires and it had the Roush 20's on it and they also modified the door sticker about tire size. No other parameters were changed.

contact Roush with your VIN number. Roush is pretty good at tracking what they have done with their vehicles

but yeah, most likely is just a simple PCM reflash for those tires...which is weird because the 20", 18", or 17" tires all have the same overall diameter.

what is the door code say for your axle ratio? I wonder if they downgraded you from 3.73 gears to 3.55 gears...and programmed the PCM accordingly
