When I read the title of the post, I did not know what to expect, but after seeing the pics I like the look a lot. Great work

its like a 'sound stage'. when an properly setup stereo, whether it be home or car, you should be able to hear the stage width, depth and height as if you were sitting in front an orchestra and be able to pick out the individual instruments and their placement relative to the microphone.

you could do some light reading on http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/

and the alcantara is jet black, the flash makes it look charcoal. looks very upscale, gets rid of the 'plastic' that is so overused in these trucks.

Very nice. Stock source I see, are you using a Bit1 for processing or something else? I'll be molding my Seas Lotus tweeters into the pillars on axis with opposite listener.

stock source...hehe. actually i was running the p9 where the ash tray was and the processor on the back wall. had the face running off a ribbon cable and made the mount for the face above the rear view mirror. sold the truck before i could finish, hence everything is for sale here:

not my personal style but yes I agree they look good.

It looks like factory fit/finish and doesn't cheapen up the interior. I was expecting to open this thread and someone stapled pieces of suede to their dash

cost was high, alcantara is expensive and had a sortof local upholstery guy do them, but he did mention that some pieces were so hard that they would be the last he would do.

willing to sell them for less than the labour alone. no longer have the truck.

The dash looks good. That pink towel on the middle seat kinda ruins it for me though

if you are selling something, it needs to be in the classified section. If you would like, i can move this thread to the classifieds, all though i would think you would be better off starting a new thread in the appropriate location.

thank you for your cooperation.

on a side note, im curious with the wrap on the passenger air bag, did they make relief cuts in the material to still allow for proper panel break away?

they are here... https://www.f150online.com/forums/pa...sh-pieces.html

the piece with the airbag is a separate panel anyway.
