I noticed the rubber end pieces on each end of the cowl are starting to deteriorate.Has anyone else had this problem with theirs? Here are some pics;

Mines starting to do that also. As i understand, the only way to replace is to replace the whole piece that goes from one side to the other.

Mine are gone. When I find the time I'm going with a Street Scene solid painted wiper cowl.

Do you all have "outdoor" trucks? Or are some of these garage kept?

I put one on when I first got my '04. For how-to, click picture below, navigate to Mods->Appearance->Street scene wiper cowl. At the bottom, click the "mod notes" button.

Common problem. If it is still under warranty get it fixed as soon as possible. The peices are over $100 from Ford.

Damn, guess my dad's truck is out of luck. Last time I saw it, they were starting to go. Seems Ford needs to change their plastic/rubber supplier.
