I run 13.9 as a daily driver around town, but out on the road or in the country it jumps up to 16-18. Which is great. I don't think my 01 4x2 with the V6 did any better than that.

comparing it to others on here, you'd think im running 35's or so with deeper gearing... my trucks mostly stock and im getting MPG that are 4-5 mpg less then others with similar trucks... and i stay out of the cities...

i dont expect to get MPG like a honda civic, i know its a truck and the MPG wont be the best, but come on...

I get around 13 local driving a combo of hitting the traffic lights and Interstate. On normal highway driving I get around 18. Truck is basicly stock with the 5.4. I don't get the 15 city I'm supose to get acording to FORD. I figured with a mix of interstae and city streets I should slightly better than the 15 but only get 13 sometime 13.5.

im getting around 14-15 mpg in town and when i do hit the highway im in the 17-19 neighbourhood, but i only drive about 50 miles a week so the mileage doesnt bother me, i also bought my truck for a truck if i wanted gas mileage id hop on my pedal bike

04 Screw with 3.73 gears completely stock and I always get 20+ hwy and between 13-16 city. However, I drive 60-65mph on the hwy. When I drive 70mph I get 18.8. I can't complain; I never thought I would get this kind of mileage with this truck.
