Factory tint percentage?

Does anyone know what percentage the rear windows (in a '04 supercab) are tinted at? I heard it's 20%, does that sound right?

Also, has anyone ever tried this product? Is it good stuff, or crap?

Thanks!

I've read that factory is about 18%. I have 15% on my front and it matches fine.

Ok well 20% will be close enough I'm sure. I just ordered a pre-cut kit for the 2 front side windows for $13 shipped!

Post up some pictures when you get them installed. I am curious to see how it turns out.

I just noticed that the 2 front side windows are indeed tinted already. It's very light, but they are tinted.

Anyone know if it comes like this from the factory? Either way, I guess I'll remove it before adding the new 20%.

If it's factory, it can't be removed, its in the glass like the back doors are.

All vehicles have a small amount of tint in the windows from the factory, including F150.

18 is factory rear,

do a layer of 15 on three rear windows and double 15 on the front, 50 on windshield and its perfect and very practical.
