tires: whats the difference..

Looking to get BFG all terrains, size 285/70/17. Im getting them from sams club but on the site there is two options on the tire. These are the links..they are the same size and both BFG all terrains. What is the difference and which ones to i get. The first one is more expensive too.

One is a load range D and the other is a E. Look at the last letter in each of the sizes. You will be fine with the D, less you over load your truck on a regular basis, then get the E

and this is a load range E 10 ply tire and it has raised white letters on one side and black side wall on the other

Tire Size: LT285/70R17E
Service Description: 121Q
Sidewall: RWL
Material Number or MSPN: 25105

The E is a little stiffer tire. I would go with the D unless you tow heavy alot. hope this helps
