Unhappy Help!! Screwed up trailer wiring

Hello,
I have a new body style 2004 F150 Screw 4x4 5.4 lariat. Yesterday I installed a factory Ford 7pin /4pin trailer plug. It came with the factory plug in style wiring. I have no rear parking lamps or turn signals now. I have checked all the fuses and they are good. Where did I go wrong or what did I forget? This truck had a factory 4 pin flat on it that I removed to put the 7 pin/4 pin combo on. Please help.
Thanks,
Darrell

Did you check the fuses for the truck signals and running lights??...there are separate fuses for both the truck and trailer signals /running lights

If all fuses are still good, I would say that the wiring is crossed or something is grounding out.

I have went through all the possible fuses. It's a factory Ford trailer plug so I don't think I could've crossed any wires. I may have to remove the wiring and strip all of the conduit off of it and look for broken/grounded wires.
Thanks,
Darrell

Well here's the part # to the factory 7 pin/4 pin connector YL3Z-13A576-GB. I put the old factory 4 pin wiring back on and now everything is working again. The wiring harness I have must not be correct for my truck or it is manufactured wrong with the pins out of order. Does anyone have a proper "pin-out" for the 7pin/4pin that I'm trying to hook up?
Thanks,
Darrell

I figured the issue out. This is the wrong part. the -GB is for 1998-2004. It looks like I need a -CA. From what I can find it looks like the -CA is for 2004-2008 models.
Thanks,
Darrell
