Later!

I'll see you guys around. I ended up trading in the 05 to get an 09. The 05 was a great rig up until 92,000, than the trans dropped. I replaced it with a junkyard one(37,000miles) and it was about time for rotors and pads all around, the plugs needed a change I didn't want to deal with and the shocks were shot. I got into an 09XLT for a lower payment than my 05. Too bad I only had a nice truck for about 10hrs. I'll show some nice pics first and than the pics of what happened the first day I drove it to work. The damage pics are of the rig less than 10hrs old and 60 miles on the ticker.....I shoulda kept the 05 for 1 more day.

A dump truck was trying to back into the jobsite to dump some gravel and the guy wasn't too good at driving. I saw it all happen and managed to keep my cool, sure a couple choice words came out but the guy knew he was in the wrong. At one point he said he was going to walgreens to get a camera. I said I'm riding on the step of this rig or you're staying right here. He stayed and I have a full police report and the trucking companies insurance info. I've gotten 2 estimates $5200-$3200. The rig will be in the shop for atleast 10 days. I'm telling them that I need a comparable rental otherwise they are going to be sorry. If I get a Neon I'll be loading it up with 950lbs of concrete this weekend.

Try to file a diminished value claim.
What company is it? Thats a brand new truck.

I can tell you everything you need to do. heh
Pretty much its getting extra money on top of the repairs cause now your vehicle isnt worth as much due to the amount of damages. AKA, if you were to ever trade it in, that accident is on the carfax.
