Truck Goin In What should i have done?

Ok truck is going in too look at somethign that is making noise's underneath the truck and at the same time i have about 46k on the truck. I wanna know what kinda things should i have done at this point maintenance wise. Ive been looking and searching on here and seem to keep finding this kinda stuff:

-Tranny Flush and Filter Changed: This is going to be happening for sure

-Spark Plugs: Do i need to change them and if so should i have ford do it or a local mechanic and i didnt read on how to do them myself are they that hard to do ?

-Fuel Filter: i have never heard of doign this till the other day so i will be getting it done but im in iraq so i cant do it right now should i have ford do it or just wait another 3 months and do it myself sense the truck is hardly driven?

- Gears: just got 4.88s so those are good

- Transfer case: Not too sure about this ?

- Brake/lines: i have no had this done, should it be done and flushed ? If so would i be about to do this myself ? Brake pads were replaced in the rear and rotors were turned but im going to be getting the front changed here shortly

- Tires: they are rotated on a 3k along with synthetic oil changes every 3-4k

- Anything else i should get done while there or need to have checked out flushed or replaced???????????????

I appreciate you help guys as you know im in Iraq so im just trying to keep up with maintenance on the truck and get these things done so i dont have to worry too much about it...

Holy crap dude!

At 50K I guess you could change the tranny fluid and filter but you could also wait another 30K or so for that.

Brakes? Change the pads when they are worn out. There is no need to flush the brake lines.

Your plugs should last at least 100K

I did have to change my fuel filter at about 50K. It was clogged. So that is also a good idea.

Your xfer case should be fine. No need to do anything there at 50K.

Rotating tires every oil change is a bit unessinary but it's easy to do and won't hurt anything. I rotate mine about every 10K or so.

With 46K I would do the fuel filter change you can wait until you get back to do that quick and easy change. And get the tranny fluid and filter changed. Really thats about it, on the spark plugs you can wait until 100K but I would probably change them at about 60K. I know the 4.6 isn't that bad but I heard that the 5.4 can be a headache to get the plugs out. If you get a shop to do it the price will vary depending on if they get the plugs out without breaking them. Other than that looks like you're on top of everything.
