Another Gone..........
My wife and I had a '95 Wrangler for a year. It was 2.5L 4 banger - way too sluggish for my likes. The top was also a PITA to put up and down, but I like the Wrangler Unlimiteds.
We may look again for a newer 4.0L auto. The Rubicon's are nice. Good luck with it!

Nice looking Jeep!! But if i was you the only off-road that would see would be my yard. I would hate to take that thing and scratch it up and possibly dent it. Ugh that just sounds like nails scraping down a chalk board to me.
Nice JK. My fiancee has an '09 2 door. I love the look of the lifted Unlimited's though. We have a 2.5" coil lift kit and 33" Kuhmo MT's on hers with some other goodies and it does really good offroad. She is into offroading too so I get to help with picking the goodies and we take her Jeep and my truck offroading. They both got some scratches on the last trip, but they just add character. Someone already mentioned jeepforum, but jk-forum is really good too plus jk-forum has awesome site sponsors that give really good discounts.

Not trying to start anything I'm just curious if you have been wheeling with any of the new JK Wranglers? The Rubicon comes with 4.10 gears, locking differentials, electronic disconnect sway bars and 4:1 transfer case with 32" MT's. My fiancee's is an X with 3.73 gears and trac-loc, but all new JK's have a brake torque front differential if no locker, and she can go places her brother's XJ with 4" lift kit and 33's won't go. Like I said not trying to start anything I was honestly just curious if you had been with any new Wranglers or had saw them in action. I understand what you're saying though that most owners of the new ones will probably never even see a grassy field.
Lol just get you a few mods and you will be doing stuff like us real quick. Here are some pics of my dads and mines jeep on some appropriately named trails.
