PTM Door Pillars anybody done it ?????

Hey guys been seriously thinking about PTM my door pillars I tried the search as always but nothing came up so I was wondering if anybody had done this and opinions on how you guys think it would look Ill include a photo if anyone would like to practice photoshop because I suck at it

i dont know if ptm would look good

but the glossy pillars off the 04's and the harley edition , is the way to go

I think if you just tint the front windows as dark as the back it would blend a little better and look better than PTM. Just my opinion though! LOL

But thinking about it more. If you tinted the fronts a little more and then PTM it might look good due to your trucks color

I've seen it done somewhere and it did Not look good. Just breaks up the flow of the body lines to me.

Get yourself a set of those stick on stainless strips they have for the B pillar, scuff em up real good with some scotchbrite and paint them body color. Then you can put them on temporary with some tape, that way if you don't like it they will come off real easy, if you do like it then peel the backing and stick them on permanently.

i have the gloss ones and they look great with dark tint it really makes the two windows look like one big window chevys have painted pillars here is a pic for reference

and mine with gloss pillars and tint

1. you either have to have a 04 model they came with gloss
2. junk yard or new from ford
i think the gloss looks better than the flat ones

i think they put the flats ones on to save costs ?? because the 06+ Harleys and Limiteds have the gloss Pillars

your probably right if you have flats ones probably be cheaper to have them painted gloss balck then to buy new ones
