I originally wanted red or white, but took a wedgewood blue that they had in stock. I like how the chrome wheels compliment the chrome running boards and bumpers. Nice ride
Thanks man! I really appreciate it!

Wagner ThermoQuiets are very good pads, but they do dust.

That's interesting. I have 80,000 miles on mine and they never have. Maybe there is some incomsistancy or maybe it is different driving styles. I don't drive easy though and I use my brakes. Have to around DFW.

I have to agree with blue, I was so happy with my wagner TQ's that I want to put them on everything I own.

No dust ever, I was washing 20's 2 times a week. Once I swapped pads I washed them 2 a month and that was for fun just to keep them shiny only road dust was on them.

I have no visible dust on my TQ's either. If I wipe them after a week or two with a clean cloth I may get a little black on it but nothing major! And some of that is probably just road dust.

Bluejay- You live in Texas- That state is big enough you can go from morning to night and never have to touch the brake. No wonder you've got 80k on 'em and they're still like new!

Just had Wagner TQ's installed yesterday, I'll let you now about dusting after a few miles or so.

I have the Wagner TQ Ceramic and when I first installed them they were dusting but not like stock. To the point I had to wash my rims every 3 days. After 8k miles it has been better, now I clean them once a week and they are just lightly dusted. Also keep in mind I have black wheels so you will see it easier. I also have slotted and dimpled rotors and from what im hearing now they act like cheese graters on the pad causing more dusting then regular smooth rotors. I dont know how true that is.

i can't imagine there ever being a pad that produces no dust, just pads that dust less than others. it's a by product of using the brakes, similar in principle to the rubber left on paper when you use a pencil eraser. if it's better than stock, you're doing alright.

100% agree. Not knocking anyone, but I don't believe anyone who says they get no dust - maybe less dust, but not no dust. With that said when my Perfect Porterfield Pads with the No Dust Ever In Online Forums feature wear out I'll try the Wagners, my expectation is they'll cost less and most likely dust just as much as the Porterfields. If anyone feels so compelled to disagree then you can shut me up by sending me a set of the Wagners

When I say no dust, I mean no visable black dust. The road dust far exceeds the brake dust after a weeks driving. Of course, literally, there has to be SOME dust. I have gone up to 3 weeks and I still see no black dust on the wheels. With the stock pads, in 3 days, the fronts were dark with dust.

Not exactly! I live in the DFW area where we drive 70 on the freeways. We do make some quick stops! Lots of red lights too, in downtown Fort Worth!
