Remove center sliding glass

Do anyone know how to remove the center sliding glass on a manual sliding window? The local auto wrecker has a truck with power slider and I am going to compare all the parts and see if I can just change the center window and all the motor, cables and switch.

A brick always works.

Seriously, I don't have a clue.

Found it! Along the top of the glass....kinda hidden under the headliner is a plastic sleeve that the window slides in. With the slider closed use some needle nose pliers and grab the sleeve at the far right side (drivers side about three inches from pillar) and pull down. Once you get a few inches pulled down then pull it out from over top of the slider. You can then lift the middle section up and out.
