Overall it looks alright, but I'd ditch the hood scoop, go for some wheels a bit less flashy, maybe some bigger tires, and change the caliper color. It's well on its way to being a nice looking truck though!

Nice truck, great color... After you change out the wheels and tires, take a look at some fender flares... You may like the look...

You have street wheels with off road tires and a lift, funky looking tail lights, no rear bumper, and finally fender vents. Your truck looks like it's half street and half off road. I also think it's automatically weird to lift a 2WD.

Your rear is sitting too low, get a AAL. I despise lower profile tires on lifted trucks. Therefore I have to say, your setup doesn't meet my metal to meat requirements for good looks. Also I'm not a fan of nonfunctional parts like the scoop so use it or loose it.

I wouldn't do pocket flares but the smoother flares would be a nice touch. You're truck is pretty nice but those 2 things would drive me up the wall if it was my truck.

Oh God yes get a real rear bumper.

haha wow I started this post when there was only 2 replys but you did ask for it!

IMO it looked better lowered, but the wheels were and still are quite ugly.
